Our factory is located in St. Benoît-Labre just minutes away from the American border.

This ultra-modern, 110,000 square feet complex boasts 18 workstations. Its production capacity exceeds that of other modular builders: we build roughly 8,000 sq. feet of living space weekly that is 15 modules. Such productivity guarantees you short production delays.

All our residential, commercial or multi-family products are assembled and then inspected by our quality control managers. All our modules are covered with heavy thermoplastic sheeting which will not disintegrate during transport. All our buildings are delivered in clean sheeting with the RCM seal.
